Will cropping my image reduce its quality?

No. Cropping does not compress or scale the remaining pixels; it simply deletes the pixels outside of your bounding box. The area inside your crop will retain the exact same high-resolution clarity as your original upload.

Why did the background of my PNG turn black?

If you uploaded a PNG image with a transparent background and chose to save it as a JPEG, the transparency is destroyed. JPEGs do not support transparent pixels, so the browser fills the empty space with a solid color. To keep the background transparent, ensure you select PNG or WebP as the output format.

Is there a limit to how large an image I can upload?

Because the rendering happens entirely in your local computer's memory, there are no hard server limits. However, attempting to load massive panoramic images (over 30MB) might cause your browser tab to temporarily freeze depending on your device's speed.
